DJI Enterprise has announced the expansion of its global support infrastructure with new regional service hubs in Europe, Middle East, and Southeast Asia. The expansion aims to provide faster response times and localized technical support for enterprise drone operators worldwide.
New Facilities
The new hubs include certified repair centers, spare parts inventory, training facilities, and demonstration areas. Each hub is staffed with engineers trained on the full DJI Enterprise product lineup, from the Matrice 30T to the Matrice 350 RTK and Dock 2 autonomous systems.
DJI Care Enterprise
Alongside the physical expansion, DJI has enhanced its Care Enterprise program with faster turnaround times, expanded coverage options, and a new fleet management dashboard that allows enterprise customers to monitor aircraft health, schedule maintenance, and manage warranty claims across their entire drone fleet from a single interface.
